As the Head of Technology Operations, reporting to the Digital Operations Director, you'll be at the helm of a transformative journey. Leading the charge in both Infrastructure and Operations (I&O) and Applications Management, you'll ensure our strategies align seamlessly with our enterprise IT vision. But it's not just about strategy; it's about fostering innovation and collaboration within our teams, while overseeing a team of Service Delivery Managers. Your role is pivotal in nurturing these relationships and driving maximum business value from every aspect of our operations. Get ready to dive deep into data-driven insights that inform our decision-making and optimize our performance to new heights.
Required skills, knowledge, and experience for this position include:
- Holds a Bachelor's or Post Graduate qualification in IT and Business-related disciplines, demonstrating a blend of technical and business knowledge.
- Possesses commercial acumen and a deep understanding of IT, business, and marketplace drivers, along with ITIL or related IT Service Management qualifications.
- Over 10 years of experience in senior IT leadership roles, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills in developing and communicating a strategic vision that aligns with IT and business objectives.
- Proficient in offshore relationship management, stakeholder partnerships, SLA assurance, problem and incident management, budget planning, and financial management, with a deep understanding of current and emerging technologies and practices in Applications and I&O.
- Possesses commercial acumen and a deep understanding of IT, business, and marketplace drivers, along with ITIL or related IT Service Management qualifications.
