About the Role:
 
This is a full-time position (38 hours per week, Monday to Friday) based at any office within our footprint! This role can also be based remotely for the right candidate. 

As Head of Workforce Australia, you will work in close collaboration with the senior leadership team to drive and deliver strategic plan initiatives specific to the operations of the Workforce Australia program. Leading a team of Regional Managers, you will initiate strong operational leadership and management with leaders across the Workforce Australia department to ensure overall success, continuity, improvement and growth of the Workforce Australia program.  

About You: 

To be successful in this role, you will be a self-motivated, passionate and resilient leader with:

  • Experience in a similar leadership role. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to write reports and funding submissions. 
  • Strong knowledge of Employment Services and keen interest to continue knowledge diversification.
  • Strong analytical problem solving and project management skills. 
  • Strong leadership skills including communication, influencing, negotiation and interpersonal skills. 
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills
  • Exceptional time management skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities. 
  • Exceptional people management skills with a proven track record of supporting the growth and development of leaders.
  • High level commercial capability. 
  • Class C Driver's Licence
  • Clear National Police Check. 
  • Relevant qualifications in Project Management, Business Management or similar.
