Our leading mining services client, based in Canning Vale, is looking for a HSE Administrator or HSE Coordinator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

If you are a recent graduate in a HSE degree level qualification or post graduated degree in HSE, yet not too experienced in the HSE field, we would also love to hear from you!
Key Duties
Reporting to the HSE Manager, key duties include:
- Administrator of HSE systems
- Ensure HSE information and records are entered into HSE system.
- Collate, review, and analyse HSE data.
- Assist in investigations where required.
- Assist in the development of Toolbox Topics and other HSE communications.
- Coordinate HSE meetings through preparation of minutes and action tracking.
- Update WHSE Management Plans and Emergency Response Plans as required.
- Provide support as required to accompany injured workers to appointments.
- Prior experience in a similar support role working with HSE processes and systems, ideally in the mining and resources industry.
- Qualifications in HSE or working towards, ideal but not essential. (Certificate IV in WHS or above)
- Experience using MS Word, MS Excel, MS Teams, MS PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to effectively communicate professionally with a variety of behavioral and personality types
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills

- Ability to work to deadlines and targets, work well under pressure, and respond well to changing demands
