The Central Coast Local Health District is currently seeking Health Care Assistants to work across the District across a variety of short-term contracts.

You have demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and to take direction around your work duties.
What you’ll be doing
The role of a Health Care Assistant is varying, and you can be helping a diverse range of patients their families/carers in a number of settings including but not limited to.
- Providing companionship
- Assisting with daily activities
- Escalating concerns to nursing team members where appropriate
- Assistance to nursing teams as deemed appropriate for a Health Care Assistant
Where you’ll be working
In this role you will be located in a ward at either, Gosford, Wyong or Woy Woy Hopsital.

Occupational Assessment, Screening & Vaccination against Specific Disease
This is a category ‘A’ position, please read and understand the NSW Health policy direction - PD2020_017. All new employees must agree to comply with the requirements outlined in this policy.
