The Health, Hygiene & Safety Specialist is responsible for providing expert solutions & insights relevant to their assigned portfolio. This role drives high levels of customer satisfaction, develops strategic partnerships, and ensures Winc is helping our customers to achieve their procurement objectives.

• Business Development:

1. Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their health, hygiene, safety and packaging requirements.
2. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and networking.
3. Collaborate with the wider sales team to achieve revenue targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.

• Product Knowledge:

1. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and advancements in health, hygiene, safety and packaging products and services.
2. Clearly communicate the features and benefits of our solutions to clients, providing demonstrations as necessary.

• Client Consultation:

1. Conduct thorough assessments of client facilities to identify specific health, hygiene, safety and packaging needs.
2. Offer consultative solutions that align with client requirements, ensuring a tailored approach to each business.

• Relationship Building:

1. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor on health, hygiene, safety and packaging matters.
2. Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Complete all Health, Safety, and Environmental training (HSE) and demonstrate an ongoing commitment to the Winc HSE plan, policy, and processes.

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the health, hygiene, and safety sector.
• Strong understanding of health, hygiene, and safety regulations and best practices.
• Well-developed communication and presentation skills.
• Capacity to negotiate and resolve issues with Customers, Team members and Stakeholders.
• Moderate to High level of skill in Excel, SAP, Salesforce, and PowerPoint
• Ability to analyse customer financial data, Winc SAP generated data, contract modelling and strategic pricing tools to develop solutions delivering solutions to the customer.
