The role develops expert content knowledge to ensure maintenance, support, problem solving, and continuous service improvement are managed in a timely manner to meet organisational needs. This position also serves as an escalation point for advanced Health Information system support issues, and engages with a wide range of stakeholders, vendors and third parties. Congress’ electronic Health Information systems include patient record, billing, practice management, digital health, and telehealth software across primary health care services and programs as well as the data systems required for evaluation and performance reporting and the analysis of population health data.
