Falvey Hotels is a family owned and operated Hotel Group with multiple venues in Ipswich, The Lockyer Valley and Toowoomba. We are looking to bring on board an Area Manager, reporting to our Chief Operating Officer.
This role works in partnership with our 6 Venue Managers and their teams to ensure successful day-to-day food, beverage and gaming operations at each hotel.
Expectations will be:
· Regular site visits to each location to support the Venue Managers with day to day activities
· Coverage for Venue Managers at all locations when they are on leave
· Conduct and support compliance checks
· Stock take activities
· Support events or busy periods at each location as requested
· Support Venue Managers with recruitment / rostering / workforce management
Requirements for the role:
· Minimum 2 years in a supervisory capacity or management role within the hospitality industry
· Experience in opens and closes, gaming operations (Keno/TAB) and F&B services
· Full availability as our operations vary at each location from 10am to 4am
· You must have your RSA, RSG, RMLV and Approved Managers License to apply
