The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our administration team and provide a service in all aspects of Health Information management, including coding, data reporting, quality projects, privacy and medico legal support.
In this role you will be joining an excellent team and will be supported by the Chief Health Information Manager. You will also have access to a national network of Health Information Managers, clinical documentation specialists and clinical coding education and auditing experts.
Your Key Skills and Experience
- Degree in Health Information Management or equivalent
- Membership (or eligible) with the HIMAA
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
- Proven ability to work in a team environment
- Self-motivated in learning and the development of others
- Clinical coding experience would be an advantage.
- Advanced data collection and analysis skills using Excel
Overall, you will demonstrate highly developed communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. You are a positive and influential leader and love to see your team succeed.
