We are currently seeking a Health Information Services Clerk – Full Time/Part Time
An exciting opportunity exists for a highly motivated Health Information Services Clerk to join our Health Information Service team.
Are you interested in being part of building the foundations of a new facility? This could be the role for you!
Your responsibilities will include:
- Medical record retrieval
- Provision of Health Information to internal and external clients
- Filing of paperwork
- Filing of medical records
- Day to day functionality of the Health Information Service Department
- Participating in performance improvement activities
- Culling of medical records.
Selection Criteria:
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as a team member in a small team environment.
- Ability to work within deadlines.
Desirable Criteria:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products eg. Excel
Other Requirements
- National Police Check
- Working with Children Check
- Proof of immunisation against specified Infectious Diseases, including COVID-19
