We are excited to be partnering with a well known national insurance provider with a strong reputation in the industry. Our client is looking to add a full time and part time customer service officer to join their Sunshine Coast team servicing members out of the Maroochydore branch.
The Role
We are seeking a knowledgeable and compassionate Health Insurance Customer Service Officer to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries related to health insurance policies and claims, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to navigate complex situations.
Key Responsibilities
Providing product knowledge & assisting incoming enquiries
Managing members accounts, information & payments
First point of contact in branch & over the phone
Ensure timely & efficient resolution of customer concerns
What are we looking for
Previous customer service or equivalent experience
Prior experience in health insurance is a bonus
A core focus on member outcomes & relations
Ability to effectively analyze & resolve problems
Strong team culture
