As a Health Insurance advisor your role involves asking the right questions to understand the customers' needs and guiding them to understand their Health Insurance options. Building rapport with customers is essential for a positive experience, while staying motivated and enthusiastic to create a positive experience.

What you’ll need to be successful:

• Previous sales or call centre experience (particularly in Health Insurance) is desirable, but not essential! We look beyond experience and are keen to talk to you if you think you have what it takes for a career in sales
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Results driven to hit and meet your key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Willingness to work with customers to help them find solutions to their problems.
• Ready to learn and grow with industry-leading coaching, mentoring and on-going support.
