- Fulfil the responsibilities of this role in accordance with your Professional Standards of Practice, the HP4 Clinical and Non-Clinical Capability Statements and the Metro North HHS commitments and values, in achievement of the organisational goals
- Deliver high level Social Work/ Psychology/Occupational Therapy clinical services within an acute care framework as a member of a multidisciplinary team, in accordance with prescribed professional and ethical standards, with infrequent need for direct clinical practice supervision.
- Demonstrate advanced specialist knowledge, experience and clinical skills in comprehensive mental health and risk assessment, clinical formulation and decision making.
- Demonstrate critical thinking and reasoning, advanced problem-solving skills and expert clinical judgement in relation to comprehensive mental state assessment and crisis management.
- Provide brief intervention, relevant referrals, and if required the application of the Mental Health Act 2016, in partnership with emergency services.
