Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Health, Safety and Environment Manager to join our growing Real Estate Management Services team on a 9 - month fixed term contract.
Your experience in risk management, Safety and compliance will be developed and supported in this role, whilst giving you an opportunity to diversify your skills and direct your own career path.
You will be involved in minimising the risk profile of the Real Estate Management service line and its clients. You will work with property management procedures, systems and support the business direction to minimise risk, exceed client expectations and comply with our obligations.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Regular reporting on property compliance and property risk assessments.
- Assist property management teams in relation to risk mitigation, Safety and compliance.
- Collaborating with Property Managers and Facility Managers with a focus on providing provide risk and safety support.
- Provide the expertise for training and development programs to grow the knowledge and skills of the REM business.
- Contribute to the improvement of the Safety Management System.
- Oversight of the incident reporting and investigation system.
- Provide comprehensive knowledge of Risk and Compliance policies and legislation's across Australia ensuring knowledge is shared with internal and external stakeholders.

- Experience working across multiple client and stakeholder groups.
- Strong relationship building skills, internally and externally.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to plan ahead and communicate effectively.
- Identify and implement improved processes in relation to risk and compliance.
- Tertiary education.
