The Role
We are currently seeking an energetic and passionate WHS Business Partner to join our dedicated Electrical and Plumbing division. The WHS Business Partner will support the business to achieve WHS targets and objectives aligned to the WHS strategy. This role will provide leadership and support in all aspects of WHS across the Electrical and Plumbing network to protect our people and the brand. This includes:
- Providing effective support for the delivery of exceptional standards of WHS
- Ensuring compliance to all legislative requirements, and with a key focus on continuous improvement and review of WHS systems, processes, and initiatives
- Supporting the Operations team with their safety activities
- Monthly reporting to the Senior Leadership team

What we are looking for

- Tertiary qualifications (Certificate IV of WHS minimum)
- 3+ years experience in a designated WHS role
- Strong understanding of relevant state and federal WHS legislation
