Change Manager

This Department works across the full spectrum of operations required of contemporary signals intelligence and security agencies.This Department is seeking an experience Change manager to join their team for a long term opportunity within a secure working environment.SFIA Skills required for this role are as follows;

• CIPM 5
• BUAN 4

Major Responsibilities

• Implement the required activities to successfully enable change within a complex IT environment.
• Develop change plans to enable users transition and acceptance of new IT capabilities.
• Lead engagement with a wide variety of diverse stakeholders with differing level of change maturity.

Key Experience required

• Experience in the Defence Intelligence community preferred.
