About the Role
As the Healthcare Recruitment Administration Manager, you are responsible for ensuring the requirements of Network Nursing Agency clients are able to be met with quality and compliant personnel. You will be building and maintaining strong, long-lasting candidate relationships whilst identifying areas for business growth and increased revenue within your associated industries. You will also be responsible for setting priorities and targets for the Recruitment Team, providing clear guidelines and expectations on deliverables, in line with the organisations goal.
Knowledge & Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, or Human Resources desirable though not essential.

Key Accountabilities
- Plan, organize, coordinate, and oversee activities and tasks of the Recruitment Team.
- Set priorities and targets for Recruitment Team in line with organisational goals.
- Set up and maintain systems and processes for sourcing candidates including writing and reviewing job advertisements for posting based on client requirements and staffing needs.
- Review processes and systems periodically for effectiveness, identify areas for improvement and help develop resolutions.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure smooth transition from onboarding to induction of candidates.
- Participate in organisational planning and development projects (ex. streamlining recruitment, onboarding, and compliance processes, offshoring administrative functions).
