About the Opportunity Maintenance Traineeships are a 12 month training program based at the academy in Forrestfield. Trainees study to become skilled Maintenance Associates with BHP, completing a Certificate II in Engineering – Production Technology. Our Traineeships will provide you with exciting opportunities including: Learning about the equipment that we use to mine commodities.
