We are currently looking for experienced Drill Fitters to join the JSW team. Working on a 2/1 FIFO roster (days only) from Perth to Karratha, you will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of GD5000 drill rigs, site vehicles and support equipment to ensure maximum productivity and minimise downtime.
The position is for the Ceres Urea Project and other projects in the Pilbara and Goldfields. Experience with Top Hammer and DTH drills is essential.
Position requirements
- Australian recognised Trade Certificate Cert III Mobile Plant
- Working knowledge of compressors and hydraulics
- Current Driver’s Licence
- Being able to plan the work and self-manage
- Ability to pass all pre-employment medical
- Full rights to live and work in Australia
- Experience with top and down hammer drills, and support equipment
- HR Driver’s Licence, or above
- Air Conditioning ARC Accreditation
- AFFF Ticket
- Working at Heights
