About the Role
Finding better ways to provide the materials the world needs.
We are looking for a Heavy-Duty Fitter to join the Mobile Maintenance Team at our Mesa J Pannawonica Operation. This is a permanent, residential position based in Pannawonica, working 4 days on, 3 nights on and 7 days off.
You will be responsible for carrying out inspections, scheduled and breakdown maintenance to our fleet of heavy mobile equipment along with a fleet of ancillary and pumping equipment.
This role is open to applicants who have a desire to permanently relocate to Pannawonica.
What you’ll bring
- The desire to relocate and live in Pannawonica.
- A Heavy-Duty Fitter or Plant Mechanic Trade Qualification
- Previous experience in maintaining and fault diagnosing open cut mining equipment.
- A current manual Australian C class driver’s license
- A strong commitment to safety
- Eligible to work in Australia without requiring visa sponsorship.
It will also be beneficial if you have:
- Proficient in the use of SAP
- Western Australian Heavy Rigid driver’s license
- High Risk Work Licenses in LF, WP, CV, DG, C6
