About the roleThe role involves working on a variety of commercial and corporate law matters, including but not limited to:
- Due diligence, sale and acquisition of businesses, shares and units
- Drafting and negotiating joint ventures, strategic alliances, partnership and shareholder agreements.
- Corporate advisory and other general commercial advice and transactions.
- Acting for small to medical enterprises, listed entities and high net worth individuals.
About you:- At least 4 years' PQE in corporate and/or commercial law
- Possess excellent technical abilities and attention to detail with the ability to work autonomously across a variety of matters
- Confident, personable and professional, willing to be collaborative integral part of the team
