We are looking for qualified diesel technicians with experience working on trucks/heavy equipment or a qualified highly experienced Light Vehicle mechanic to join our team in Rochester, Victoria.
You will be required to undertake the service and maintenance requirements of all on-site customer trailers, and on occasion some terminal tractor / truck maintenance. Fleet Management provide a personalised service to meet our customers fleet maintenance requirements, working together with our customer as a team day to day.

Key Responsibilities
- All service and maintenance requirements
- Ability to work autonomously and provide exceptional customer service
- Ability to communicate effectively and in a timely manner with management, customers and drivers
- Document all repairs including parts usage
- Par-take in the on-call roster with regular overtime
- Strong Work and Health Safety commitment
Demonstrated Skills & Experience
- Qualified and experienced heavy vehicle diesel technicians or a qualified experienced Light Vehicle mechanic
- Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
- Good diagnostic ability with welding and fabrication experience beneficial
- Trailer EBS experience highly beneficial
- Current HC drivers licence, desirable but not essential
- Attention to detail and customer focus
- Own tools
