About the Role:
As a Pre-Delivery Coordinator, you will act as the primary contact between the company and key stakeholders for the organisational and administrative activities for the Pre Delivery department, whilst ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through accurate interpretation and prompt resolution of customer needs.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Accurately capture the requirements of the Sales Department through repair orders, outlining the necessary tasks' scope and type work required
- Provide sales with regular updates with status of vehicles and estimated completion date.
- Define and explain time and costs to be expected/necessary to key stakeholders
- Raise and efficiently process invoices and purchase orders
- Preparations of a variety of reports with efficient communication to the various stakeholders of the department
- Assisting the wider service team with various duties to ensure the departments continue to exceed customer expectations
Skills & Experience:
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Computer literacy and excellent mathematic ability.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment with exceptional attention to detail.
