Dyers Distribution is a family-owned company who have been providing quality transport services since 1932. Due to increased demand in our Laverton North depot, we have Heavy Rigid Subcontractor positions available to distribute goods within the FMCG supply chain.
Job Features:
- Indicative hourly earnings $85 to $95 per hour equivalent
- Delivering palletised groceries and liquor throughout Melbourne and inner regional areas
- Regular Monday to Friday operation starting from 5:00 AM
- Additional weekend work available
- On the job training provided
- Written agreement until June 2024 with fair terms
- Discounted fuel available (deducted from fortnightly payments)
- Automatic fortnightly payments (14 day trading terms)

We require subcontractors who are:
- Safety focused
- Chain of responsibility compliant
- Well presented
- Willing to provide efficient, customer focused service
Requirements:
- Roadworthy vehicles
- 12 to 14 tonne payload (GVM 20,000 kgs or greater)
- Rigids to be fitted with minimum 2 tonne tailgate
- Registered Pty Ltd Company
- A proven and safe driving record
- Electric pallet jack (hire units can be sourced)
- Suitably licenced operator
- Relevant insurances
