Centurion is seeking a Heavy Vehicle Driver Trainer to join our team full-time at our Cavan depot, servicing our Adelaide operations.

- Verify competencies for drivers with MC, HC, and HR licenses
- Induct all subcontractors
- Verify Heavy Vehicle licenses and experience of employees and contractors
- Provide direction and support to supervisors and managers for continuous improvement
- Develop training needs analysis to cover all aspects of driver competency
- Assist in workplace assessments and audits
- Participate in incident investigations as a subject matter expert (SME for Load Restraint, CoR, Mass Management, Fatigue, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with all relevant workplace health & safety requirements and road transport laws
- Current Licenses - MC & LF
- Willing to obtain Cert IV in Training and Assessment with Centurion
- High levels of written and verbal communication
- A passion for training and mentoring
- Willing to travel to our depots
