Heavy Vehicle Driver Trainer

Centurion is seeking a Heavy Vehicle Driver Trainer to join our team full-time at our Cavan depot, servicing our Adelaide operations.Culture and Benefits

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Verify competencies for drivers with MC, HC, and HR licenses
• Induct all subcontractors
• Verify Heavy Vehicle licenses and experience of employees and contractors
• Provide direction and support to supervisors and managers for continuous improvement
• Develop training needs analysis to cover all aspects of driver competency
• Assist in workplace assessments and audits
• Participate in incident investigations as a subject matter expert (SME for Load Restraint, CoR, Mass Management, Fatigue, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with all relevant workplace health & safety requirements and road transport laws

Skills & Experience

• Current Licenses - MC & LF
• Willing to obtain Cert IV in Training and Assessment with Centurion
• High levels of written and verbal communication
• A passion for training and mentoring
• Willing to travel to our depots
