Transport Training Academy are seeking professional and qualified HR or HC/MC Trainers and Assessors to join our industry leading team on either a casual, part-time, or full-time basis due to a substantial increase in demand. Contract also considered.
Duties & responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress
- Assist students in completing necessary paperwork related to training and assessment
- Identify and report any vehicle faults to supervisor
- Ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations and procedures
- Provide feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their driving abilities
- Evaluate students' performance and determine whether they are ready to progress to the next level of training
- Collaborate with other trainers and assessors to ensure consistency in training and assessment processes.
Position requirements:
- Heavy Rigid manual licence or higher
- Certification as a Qualified Instructor with the Department of Transport
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent desirable)
- Clear and effective communication skills with people of all ages and genders
- Great customer service & interpersonal skill
- Professionalism, reliable and punctual
