Working week consists of a mix of set days working onsite (essential for team collaboration) and days WFH.

Customer facing role with current hours of Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm but may be subject to change based on the needs of the business.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, proactive individual, who is passionate about customer service. We are open to people from a variety of backgrounds, all we ask is that you are driven to learn, have excellent MS Office skills and bring a proactive positive attitude to work every day.

As a Help & Advice Consultant, you will provide excellent customer service for all our internal & external customers & consumers. You will be responsible for responding to queries emanating from consumers & customers via phone calls to the Selleys Help & Advice Line, emails, Live Chat as well as other social channels.

The role is based out of Padstow and is a brilliant platform that will nurture your career.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and promptly respond to customer queries, must make a continual effort to respond to customers quickly and with accurate advice based on a thorough understanding of the query.
  • Recommend products across our brands in line with the consumers enquiry
  • Basic troubleshooting
  • Document issues & resolutions to improve efficiency
  • Provide technical support for simple technical questions
  • Capture data from interactions and share insights with the broader business

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in a customer service role
  • Ability to be proactive and supportive
  • Experience with LiveChat platforms is preferrable
  • Excellent verbal and written skills, along with excellent typing skills
  • Computer literacy
