- Oversight of intercompany accounts and bank reconciliation
- Preparation and processing of month-end reports up to the trial balance stage
- Handling accruals, prepayments, and subsequent journals
- Reconciliations for the general ledger and balance sheet
- Management of intercompany transactions
- Fixed assets monitoring and reconciliation including depreciation on monthly basis.
- Participation in Accounts Payable, encompassing payment processing and bank reconciliation
- Contribution to Accounts Receivable, including issuing invoices, chasing payments, and bank reconciliation
- Execution of ad hoc accounting tasks to help the team
- Minimum +3 years experience in accounting or finance
- Proficiency in SAP (SAP S/4HANA preferred) is essential
- Pursuing CPA certification
- Ability to be hands on and practical in developing solutions to meet relevant standards and requirements
- You have a high attention to detail, strong organisation capabilities, and a track record in recommending and implementing process improvements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to influence and engage a broad range of stakeholders.
