THE OPPORTUNITY
Location: Kilcoy
This is a rare opportunity to join our HR team, in the Employee wellbeing space. The HELP Centre Coordinator is the first point of contact for KGF employees as you will be the primary first aide officer and the front-line coordinator of the company’s workplace rehabilitation programs.
This position provides a dynamic service through the administrative and health support for the operational teams and is the central contact for Production communications.
THE ROSTER
- Gold Roster
- Day Shift 4am - 4pm
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing high level customer service face to face and over the phone
- Managing and coordinating first-aid requirements and coordinating treatment programs
- Managing appropriate levels of first aid supplies
- Providing general enquiry service to employees on rosters
- Providing communications to the production departments concerning (but not limited to) manning requirements and replacements, health and treatment programs of employees, absentee reporting, and employee wellbeing management.
ABOUT YOU
- Ability to multi-task with effective time management skills, an ability to work autonomously, under pressure and to deadlines
- Demonstrated experience in frontline management of workplace injury/illness rehabilitation programs is highly desirable
- Comfort with providing and managing First-Aid requirements, Qualifications, or an interest in gaining First-Aid qualifications is a must.
- High level communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in effective relationship building with people from a broad demographic
- Sound administrative skills, inclusive of proven competence with the Microsoft Office Suite and an ability to quickly grasp other software programs
- Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- A commitment to work health and safety
