What you'll be doing... As a Level 3 Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and troubleshooting and analysing complex IT solutions for SMB + Gov clients. You will work closely with the team of Level 1 and Level 2 engineers, as well as project managers and account managers, to ensure the highest level of service quality and customer satisfaction. If you are energetic, honest, willing to learn and open to feedback you might be a match for us!
This role is available in either the Sunshine Coast or Bundaberg, we are looking for a staff member that is happy to come to the office to mentor and collaborate with team mates.
Required Skills:
- Expertise in various IT domains such as networking, security, cloud, storage, virtualisation, backup, and disaster recovery
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and priorities
- Strong communication skills, both technical and non-technical
- Knowledge of IT service management frameworks such as ITIL, and project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall
- Ability to demonstrate leadership, creativity, and customer focus
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues using analytical and problem-solving skills
- Communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing
- Mentoring and coaching Level 1 and Level 2 engineers, sharing knowledge and experience
- Staying up-to-date with IT trends and innovations, and adapting to changing customer needs
- Manage and Ensure Accuracy of Knowledge Base Information

Qualifications/ Requirements:
- Full working rights in Australia
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (desirable but not required), Information Technology, or related field experience
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- Relevant certifications (e.g. Microsoft, CCNP, CISSP, VMware Certified Professional, etc)
