YOUR NEW ROLE

 

The Helpdesk Administrator provides support and advice to users across multiple locations, platforms, and technologies. This role delivers outstanding customer service and best-practice technical outcomes.

ARE YOU THE ONE?

 

We are looking for someone with:

 

  • At least two years’ experience working as part of a technology helpdesk team
  • Demonstrated experience administering desktop, mobile, telephony, deployment, and managed print services
  • Proven expertise administering Active Directory and Exchange
  • Good communication skills, including an ability to translate technical concepts for a lay audience
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and prioritise work
  • Flexibility and a commitment to continuous improvement
