YOUR NEW ROLE
The Helpdesk Administrator provides support and advice to users across multiple locations, platforms, and technologies. This role delivers outstanding customer service and best-practice technical outcomes.

ARE YOU THE ONE?
We are looking for someone with:
- At least two years’ experience working as part of a technology helpdesk team
- Demonstrated experience administering desktop, mobile, telephony, deployment, and managed print services
- Proven expertise administering Active Directory and Exchange
- Good communication skills, including an ability to translate technical concepts for a lay audience
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and prioritise work
- Flexibility and a commitment to continuous improvement
