Position Overview:
A newly created, permanent role to join an awesome team, based in West Perth. This is an excellent opportunity for a Helpdesk Engineer with 12 months’ experience who is looking to take their career to the next level. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide remote and onsite support for a friendly customer base.
- Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues.
- Escalate complex technical issues when necessary.
- Provide exceptional customer service in all interactions.
- Maintain detailed records of support requests.
- Stay up-to-date on best practices.
