One of our clients is looking for a candidate that has leadership skills and can engage in problem solving with the team.
We are seeking a leader who can train/coach and supervise/ mentor the team, assisting them to problem solve, triage calls/tickets and most importantly deliver exceptional customer service.
Required:
- Individual staff development through the delivery of regular feedback, quarterly performance reviews and guidance with Individual Training plans.
- Assisting users over the phone to lead them through diagnostic procedures to utilise the application or determine any source of errors.
- Managing and following-up Level 3 user queries and below as required to ensure positive outcomes for our major clients and others.
- Support clients via telephone support and various remote connection software
