Join our renowned Incident Management Team, geared up to tackle any technical challenges our customers may encounter.

As the Major Incident Manager, your role goes beyond coordination – you’ll work closely with customers and our service delivery team, actively refining and improving our incident management processes. 

Some of the things you’ll do:

  • Act as a single point of call for one of more Major Incidents.
  • Act as a conduit between technical resolver groups, SDM’s and business stakeholders during a Major Incident.
  • Work closely with diverse teams, fostering seamless communication and coordination during critical situations.
  • Drive the evolution of incident management processes, staying proactive and ensuring preparedness for future challenges.
  • Work within a 24x7x365 rotating roster.

A bit about you:

  • Proven track record in Major Incident management, with a deep understanding of crisis resolution strategies.
  • Proficient in utilising incident management tools such as ITIL
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • You enjoy the adrenaline and pace that comes with managing critical incidents.
  • Able to work unsupervised and exercise independent judgement.
