The Department Infectious Diseases will identify internal clinical programs and external health services, to partner with to implement and sustain, targeted, systematic Hepatitis C screening/testing and develop pathways/linkages to community based treatment and follow up.The RoleThe CNC will be central in facilitating and implementing this clinical response with the targeted clinical programs and services.
