The Heritage Project Officer provides assistance and administrative information to government officers, heritage practitioners and the general public in relation to the assessment of Development Application referrals for State Heritage Places, grant funding and general responses to other heritage enquiries. They also provide administrative assistance to the team so that legislative responsibilities are met. The role provides project support functions for Heritage South Australia and the SA Heritage Council. The role may also undertake procurement, asset management and records management tasks.
