The Role
We're on the lookout for 2 outstanding, passionate, high level customer service professionals. Your main focus is to manage the client relationship and fulfil their requirements end to end, from order set-up through to service delivery. Your exceptional ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and show first class communication is paramount.
Day to day responsibilities will include:
- Managing and maintaining customer relationships
- Support the sales team with regards to customer orders, post-order, follow-ups etc.
- Dealing with all relevant customer queries via phone, email and chat
- Updating CRM with relevant information and communication
- General administration as required
You
To be considered for this amazing opportunity, you will possess the following:
- 3-5 years customer service experience
- Sound MS Office Suite skills and knowledge of CRMs
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Highly organised with strong time management and attention to detail
- Be a great listener and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
