About You
You are an inspiring Early Childhood Educator or Admin Assistant, who values partnership, collaboration, and support. You thrive by meeting the individual needs of each child and family and by building strong relationships. You are a passionate advocate for children, the sector, and your own personal development.
About the Role of Educator
We require a strong educator who can adapt to different situations and build connections with many children. You will be required to partake in observations and learning goals of children, daily reflections and evaluations. We require a strong leader who can bring the team on a professional journey that will ensure we deliver world class care, education practice and teaching philosophies that bring the centre's values to life.
To be considered, you will have:
- A Certificate III in Children's services as a minimum
- A valid Working With Children check
- First Aid Certificate
- Previous experience in delivering high-quality education and care (long day care setting preferable)
- Knowledge of personal responsibilities under the National Quality Standards and Regulations.
About the Role of Admin Assistant
You will work as part of the team and work closely with the Director and families. You will be required to provide Admin duties to assist in the running of the service in line with relevant regulations, policies and procedures under the direction of the Director. You will build and maintain positive relationships with children, families, educators, staff and management.
To be considered for the role of Admin Assistant, you will have:
- A Certificate 3 in Children's Services (Preferred)
- Previous experience with Qikkids
- Knowledge of Family Assistance Law and Child Care Subsidy (CCS) (Preferred)
- A valid Working With Children check
