Holiday Reservations Specialist

If you have experience in reservations and are comfortable talking to people on the phone this could be the ideal role for you.

We are a progressive and fast growing accommodation company and we help guests plan and book their Gold Coast holidays. 

You would be responsible for handling phone & email enquiries, processing reservations, and being a friendly and professional representative for our company.  You will be working with a supportive team of can-do people whose main goal is helping to create a positive experience for guests.

What else you'll be doing:

• Taking accommodation reservations over the phone, email & via the internet
• Processing payments and entering bookings into the computer system
• Assisting with reservation enquiries, complaints, cancellations and amendments to bookings
• Preparing quotes based on clients’ needs
• Assisting with reception and guest enquiries

Our ideal candidate will have:

• A real estate certificate of registration 
• Proven verbal and written communication skills in a dynamic environment
• Capacity to understand customer's needs and expectations to deliver excellent customer satisfaction 
• A confident, friendly & professional phone manner
• High attention to detail
• A reliable team player with a positive attitude
• Excellent grooming and presentation
• A fast and willing learner 
• Prior experience using HomHero, as well as holiday management platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com will be highly regarded

The role is full time, with one weekend day included.
