We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Appliance Technicians (Technicians and Installers) to join our dynamic team.
Multiple roles available! (Technicians and Installers)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct efficient and effective repairs for a wide range of Home Appliances, including refrigerators, ovens, cooktops, rangehoods, dryers, microwaves, dishwashers, and washing machines.
- Knowledge of all leading brands i.e. Miele, Smeg, Westinghouse, Electrolux etc.
- Ensure all repairs meet customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge through reviewing service manuals, and utilising other relevant resources.
- Complete all necessary reports and documentation related to service work accurately and promptly.
- Manage and maintain an organised inventory of spare parts in the company-provided van.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with customers and addressing their concerns.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and share knowledge.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in repairing and troubleshooting a variety of Home Appliances from different brands.
- Proven ability to identify and source necessary parts for repairs efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to perform in challenging environments.
- Residency in Sydney with a valid right to work in Australia.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
Location:
This position involves traveling to customers' residences and rental properties, primarily focusing on the Inner West, Eastern Suburbs, and North Shore regions of Sydney.
We Offer:
Annual Salary: 75,000 - 90,000 AUD (based on experience)
