About You:
Within this dynamic and fast-paced position, you will be challenged everyday needing to communicate and interact well with customers and internal team members, while also managing your time, working efficiency to support the overall team. Being cool, calm and collected with problem solving and juggling multiple tasks will really benefit you!
About the Role:
This role has many different aspects to it, from looking after both our beautiful display homes, to during the building process coordinating quality inspections, through to and our customers' new home 12-month post completion and structure warranties inspections.
The building journey can be an emotional one, but our focus is delivering the highest level of customer service which supports our customers.
