Home Care Disability Support Worker

Ambitions NQ prides itself in giving excellent care within residential homes and in the community specialising in psychosocial disabilities 

We are currently looking for part time & casual Home Carers that have an amazing passion to help and care for others, and take pride in their work.

Job Description:

You will be providing care in the homes of our participants while helping them to continue living independently - the role is mainly assisting our participants at home with daily tasks and taking them on social outings (e.g. shopping , appointments to doctors, physio, hospital or other activities that they need assistance with).

What you need to be successful:

• Have a certificate III or IV in disability or equivalent
• Experience in the industry is desirable
• Experience with psychosocial disabilities 
• Hold a full driving license
• Hold a current first Aid certificate
• Current police , NDIS , WWCC , check
• Have your own car
• A passion to want to make a difference in the community
