Demonstrated Skills & Experience in:
- Working with people
- Delivering results & meeting customer expectations
- Following instructions & procedures
- Planning & organising
- Coping with pressures & setbacks
Have or Willing to Obtain:
- Hepatitis B Vaccination
- First Aid & CPR Certificate
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Certificate 3 Aged Care or Equivalent - Personal Care
- Reliable Car with Registration + Comprehensive Insurance
- Current Driver's License

Our Home Care team, led by the Home Care Manager, offers a variety of clinical, domestic, transport, and social services to consumers within ASL Lifestyle Communities and the wider local area. Home Care Employees provide personalized care, enabling individuals to remain at home, maintain independence, and meet their social needs. Services encompass personal and domestic care, medication monitoring, transportation, and social support, always respecting individual values and beliefs.
