We are currently seeking experienced and enthusiastic Home and Community Care staff for Brisbane North.
About the positions
Our Home and Community Care staff support clients with Domestic Assistance, Personal Care, Transport/Shopping, Medication Assistance, Meal Prep, Social Support and Respite. Our HCWs work in various environments including Respite centres, in home and out in the community.

You Will Need
- Certificate III individual support or equivalent (Domestic positions are available for candidates without a qualification)
- Current Police Check
- Current Blue Card and Yellow Card/NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current First Aid
- Current CPR (updated within the last 12 months)
- A registered and insured vehicle
- QLD Drivers Licence
