The Project Manager role provides project management experience to designated projects and assignments for across several client accounts and/or individual project briefs.
About the role
The Project Manager is responsible for:
- Lead and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, develop and maintain master project budgets and timelines as required for each project and project phase to ensure overall project objectives and client needs are met
- Prepare and coordinate project reports and drawing reviews for clients, Senior Project Manager, and property/facility management team at all project phases including conceptual, schematic, design development and construction phases
- Assist in the selection and contracting process and oversight of consultants and construction teams as necessary for each project.
- Directly participate in the marketing and presentation of services to clients
About You:
- Circa 2-5 years of experience in an Assistant/PM role
- Exposure to client side PM consultancy services, with a particular focus on refurb / fit-out works
- Strong customer service mindset, ability to engage with all stakeholders in a professional manner (both over the phone and in person)
- Willingness to attend the CW office at least 3 days per week.
