A day in the life:
You'll expertly guide customers through the lending process, instilling confidence and support every step of the way. Collaborating with internal teams and third-party vendors, you'll ensure smooth operations and creatively tackle challenges to achieve optimal customer outcomes. Your innovative strategies will drive growth and retention within our lending portfolio. Additionally, you'll lead projects, exceeding service level standards and contributing significantly to our team's ongoing success.
Key skills and strengths we’re looking for:
With at least two years of relevant experience and a solid understanding of industry regulations, you'll bring valuable expertise to our team. Your ability to maintain unwavering customer focus, delivering exceptional outcomes in every interaction, is crucial. You excel in collaborating seamlessly with internal teams and external partners, demonstrating adeptness in creative problem-solving and innovative leadership that drives our team forward.
