We are looking for an experienced Finance Officer to join the project on a permanent basis in Hobart. Reporting to the Finance Manager, your role will be essential in supporting the day-to-day functions of the Finance department. The primary focus of your role will be managing the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes and providing assisting with Payroll administration. You will regularly liaise with the wider project team and provide guidance on finance processes when required.

You’ll need
- Experience in a similar transactional focused role including Accounts Payable and Receivable processes
- Experience with MS Office Suite and in particular proficiency with MS Excel
- Experience in Payroll will be viewed favourably
- An adaptable approach to your work be able to effectively achieve agreed outputs in a shifting and complex environment
- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 advantageous but not essential
