Our company, renowned for its high-quality verandahs, pergolas, carports, patios, pavilions, outdoor kitchens, and blinds, has been enhancing homes since 2001. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor living solutions, excellent communication skills, and a proven sales track record. Responsibilities include generating leads, conducting consultations, and closing sales. Join us to help create beautiful and functional outdoor spaces for our clients.
Your new role
In this work-from-home role, you will need to work flexible hours to meet sales targets. Although leads are primarily inbound, you are expected to research prospective markets, pursue leads, and secure contracts. Understanding target markets and devising strategies to attract clients are key responsibilities. You will collaborate closely with our operations and technical teams to ensure client requirements are met. Additionally, you will travel to meet clients, maintain relationships with current clients, and identify and engage new prospects in your assigned area. A deep understanding of our products, industry competition, and market positioning is essential for success.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Ability to design pergolas, decking, and carports using provided software
- Building and design industry experience is advantageous
- Must have a current driver's license and appropriate vehicle
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency with the latest computer technology
- Confident, engaging, and self-motivated with a sales-driven attitude
- Meticulous presentation and highly organized
- Professional and practical 'can-do' approach
- Ability to close sales and achieve targets
- Excellent attention to detail and initiative
