The Role
Our Franchisee in Bentleigh has an exceptional opportunity for an experienced professional in credit and loan processing. The primary function of this role is to provide assistance and support to the Franchise business as part of the end to end function in RAMS Home Loan Centre efficiency. You will be coached and supported to take on various administrative duties, including: loan processing, sales support, customer liaison, compliance, database management, as well as assisting with marketing initiatives.
Job tasks and responsibilities
You will be dealing with Home Loan Managers and clients on a day to day basis. Assessing loan applications and submitting the relevant documentation to Banks and seeking formal approvals and completing files through to settlement.
Skills and experience
Successful candidates will have experience within the banking/financial services sector. Additionally, you will have:
- Experience within the Australian home loan industry (Compulsory)
- Experience in loan application checking, lodgement and ongoing management to approval (Compulsory)
- Experience using Symmetry CRM Software
- Excellent communication skills with strong customer focus and work ethic
- Enthusiasm and superior time management skills
- Intermediate word and excel skills
- Mandarin Speaking an advantage
