Accurate Road Profiling Service Pty Ltd is a privately family-owned company based on the North side of Brisbane at Caboolture. We provide Road Profiling and associated services to The Asphalt and Construction Industry.
We have grown substantially in our 8 years of business due to providing quality services and having experienced operators who pride themselves on delivering quality results to our customers.
Our growing team is currently at 22 full time employees and several contractors, many of our these having 10 plus years’ experience and some with over 20 years’ experience in the asphalt, civil and profiling industries.

The Opportunity:
Due to significant growth, we are looking for an additional person to further support the business in the role of Accounts Officer – Accounts Payable and Receivable.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Accounts and Administration Officer to become part of a friendly supportive team where your contribution will be highly valued.
We are offering full time working arrangements with some flexibility in working hours and above award rates. You would be working collaboratively with the Management Team as well as the Director of the Company to ensure the successful delivery of the projects.
What is the role:
You will be primarily responsible for the Accounts Payable and Receivable functions, provide support and report directly to the Office Manager.
This role includes:
- Accurate and timely processing of all aspects of the accounts receivable function including invoicing, receipting, reconciliation & reporting,
- Accurate and timely processing of all aspects of the Accounts Payable function ensuring all invoices are authorised, processed, and paid within trading terms,
- Bank Reconciliations and month-end procedures,
- Payroll, PAYG Tax, Payroll Tax, Super, Workcover,
- Preparing IAS and BAS statements,
- Employee record maintenance,
- Maintaining supplier and creditor files,
- Reception back up when needed,
- Management of office supplies,
- Provide support to the Director and Management Team with ad-hoc tasks.
Qualifications & experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years working in Account Payable and Receivable roles,
- Certificate III in Accounts Administration or similar (highly desirable),
- High degree of computer literacy with experience in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook,
- A firm understanding of MYOB – Understanding of GST, entering invoices, reconciling creditor statements, preparing payments, payroll,
- Excellent bookkeeping and interpersonal skills,
- Analytical and problem-solving skills,
- Effective written, verbal and listening skills with attention to detail and accuracy,
- High level of confidentiality & discretion is essential,
- Prioritization and time management skills with the ability to multi-task,
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a professional approach,
- You must be able to work both autonomously and as a team player and grow with the business.
